Case has guided the Wolves to eight National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Regional Tournament appearances and four MACJC State Tournaments. His 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2005 teams won the NJCAA Region XXIII Division II championship and advanced to the NJCAA Central District Tournaments. The 2000 and 2005 teams advanced to the NJCAA Division II World Series in Millington, TN., and finished No. 4 in the Nation.
Case received NJCAA Region XXIII Coach of the Year honors in 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2005. Case received the Louisville Slugger Excellence in Coaching Award in 1998. He was awarded Diamond Baseball Company’s Coach of the Year Award in 2000, 2001 and 2005.
During his career, Case has compiled over 592 victories as a head coach. He has guided his teams to conference, division, district, state, and region championships during his 27 years as a head coach. In the last 19 years, Case has been instrumental in placing Co-Lin baseball in the national rankings on the diamond and in the classroom.
The Wolfpack finished in the top 10 academically in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2007. He has coached five NJCAA All-Americans, eight Distinguished Academic All-Americans, and 10 Academic All-Americans. Eighty-two former Co-Lin players have gone on to play at four-year colleges and universities and 12 former players have played or are currently playing professionally. Over the last 19 years, 36 former players are now coaching on the high school or collegiate level.
Case holds a bachelor of science degree from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in education from William Carey College. He completed additional studies at Mississippi College and the University of Southern Mississippi.
A native of Tryus, Mississippi, Case is a graduate of Monticello High School. He is married to the former Susan Caffey of Jackson. They have two daughters, Macie and Ras.
Bryan Nobile

Prior to coming to Co-Lin, Nobile served as a graduate assistant at Delta State University for two years under head coach Mike Kinnison. His primary responsibility was assisting with the pitching staff. Delta State posted a 102-18 record winning the 2002 NCAA Division II South Region and the 2003 Gulf South Conference Tournament titles during his two seasons as a graduate assistant. The Statesmen played in the NCAA Division II World Series in 2001-2002.
A native of Moorhead, Nobile received his B.S. degree in health, physical education and recreation and his master’s degree in education from Delta State University. He also attended Mississippi Delta Community College where he pitched for coach Terry Thompson’s Trojans.
As a pitcher for the Statesmen, Nobile was selected All-Gulf South Conference and All-South Region. In 2000, he made 24 appearances with a 1.26 ERA while posting a 2-1 record with seven saves. He also recorded 27 strikeouts and walked just five in 28 2/3 innings of work. His seven saves ranks third on the DSU single season records list.
Nobile also serves as the college’s Assistant Dean of Students.

Marty Dewees

Dewees was selected to the NJCAA Team USA that toured to China in 2004.
Dewees received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s degree in sports administration and marketing from Northwestern State University. As a player at Northwestern State, he was selected All-Southland Conference, Southland Conference’s Runner-Up Newcomer of the Year, and NCAA All-Regional Tournament Team.
Dewees played multiple positions for the El Dorado Broncos of the Jayhawk League that placed seventh in the NBC World Series.
Prior to coming to Co-Lin, Dewees served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Ranger Junior College in Ranger, Texas. He has also served as a volunteer assistant baseball coach at Northwestern State University and a teacher and coach at Grand High School in Dry Prong, La.
