SENATOBIA - The Northwest Rangers defeated the Wolfpack 5-2 in recent soccer action. Co-Lin begins South Division play on Friday when they travel to Pearl River. Game time is slated for 3 p.m.
Northwest took at 1-0 lead as Fakhry Khulfan scored assisted by Robbie Fox at 11:52. The Wolfpack tied the game at 1-1 at 22:39 as Emilio Collado scored with an assist by Hunter Hatcher. Less than a minute later, Northwest's Nathan Smith scored to give the Rangers a 2-1 lead.
Co-Lin tied the game at 2-all on a Hunter Foster goal at 25:39. Midfielder Ryan Weaver earned the assist.
The Rangers added three goals in the second half, Khulfan and Smith scored their second goals of the day. Francisco Diaz added a goal.
