Wolves Set New School Record for Academic Achievement
JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) recently announced the Academic All-MACCC student-athlete honorees for the 2024-25 school year. Co-Lin set a new school record for honorees as 117 student-athletes earned a spot on the lists. The previous record was 111 for the 2021-22 school year. The Co-Lin Baseball team led all teams with 26 student-athletes earning honors, while softball and football added 16 honorees each with women's soccer adding in 15 honorees. The Co-Lin Golf team had all seven members make the Academic All-MACCC teams while the Women's Tennis team also had all eight members earn spots on the teams.
The MACCC recognizes student-athletes who participated in a varsity sport and registered a grade point average in the following two categories, Distinguished Academic-All MACCC (3.8-4.0 GPA) and Academic All-MACCC (3.25-3.79 GPA).
