Bio
Kyle Flessner begins his first season as head baseball coach with the Wolves after spending last season as an assistant working primarily with pitchers. Flessner is a native of Thomasboro, Illinois and graduated from Rantoul Township High School where he played pitcher and outfielder during his high school baseball career.
Flessner then attended Kankakee Community College where he played from 2015-17. He was a pitcher on the 2017 NJCAA Division II National Championship team for the Cavaliers. After graduating from Kankakee, he then attended Purdue University Northwest and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
Flessner came to Co-Lin after spending four years at East Central Community College as Assistant Baseball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator. During his time there, he helped lead the Warriors to back-to-back NJCAA Division II World Series appearances including a third-place finish in 2024. Additionally, during his time with the Warriors the team were MACCC and Region 23 Champions in 2023 and reached No. 1 in the nation in 2024.
Kyle is married to the former Emily Sullivan and they are parents to one son, Jack Bennett.
