Wolves finish fourth in NJCAA District D Championship

MADISON – The Co-Lin Wolves finished fourth in the National Junior College Athletic Association's (NJCAA) District D Championship held at Reunion Golf and Country Club in Madison.

The Wolves posted a two-day total of 666 (337-329). Mississippi Gulf Coast won the championship with a 607 (304-303). Meridian finished second at 614 (305-309) followed by Northeast at 640 (319-321). Rounding out the team scoring was Itawamba at 686 (352-334).

Individually, Co-Lin's Nick Davis (Catholic High School) finished at 163 (81-82), Landon Nobles (Alexandria High School LA) 167 (86-81) and Ty Nelson 167 (81-86, Jordan Davis (Murray High School) at 169 (889-80) and Ty Brewer (Wesson High School) at 175 (89-86). Diego Leslie of Meridian took medalist honors with a 150 (76-74).
