WESSON – The Co-Lin Wolves shutout the visiting Holmes Bulldogs 3-0 in soccer action today. The Wolves improved to 2-0 on the season.

Eli Fratesi (Leland/Washington School) scored Co-Lin's first goal at the 13:45 mark in the first half. Co-Lin's second goal was scored by Joel Ibanez (Isle of Man, England) with 14:45 left in the first half. Matt Preston (Manchester, England) rounded out the scoring with a goal at the 15:16 mark of the second half.

Goalkeeper Ben Parkinson (Bury, England) had two saves. Recording assists were Fratesi, Ibanez and Preston.

NEXT UP: The Wolves make the 30-minute drive south to take on the Southwest Bears on Monday at 4 p.m.
